There is constant change in the field of supporting people with disabilities. Stay ahead in developing your skills and knowledge by obtaining the Basic Certificate in Employment Services (ACRE) or becoming a Certified Employment Support Professional (APSE). Depending on your role, you may be required by the state of Pennsylvania to have one of these in order to render services.
